Had a food tasting session with Tung Lok for an upcoming event.. a full six-course all with bird’s nest. Decadance! Taken with the iphone so not the best quality.

Chilled bird’s nest with Alaska Crab in Sake Gelo

Baked Superior BN with fresh flower crab meat and chicken broth served in young coconut

poached BN and lobster in barley

steamed fish fillet stuffed with BN in ginseng Pau Sum broth

chilled homemade tofu mousse with BN, lots of it.

Now back to work.
